Angela Morgan, PT, DPT

Angela Morgan completed her bachelor’s degree in Decision Information Sciences, BSBA, from the University of Florida in 2002 and her DPT in 2010 after working in the IT field for a short time. She began her career at Brooks IRF to run the amputee program until she moved to Melbourne. Angela was an ACCE at USAHS and a full-time instructor and remains a contributing faculty member to this. Angela worked at HRMC for 6 years as a staff therapist on the trauma and ICU floors, and in that time has been a national conference speaker, including at the Amputee Coalition and at CSM. In the outpatient world, Angela was a consultant for Premier P and O and still enjoys working with amputees at every level of care. She currently works at the Madison VA as their Amputee Clinical Specialist in Madison, Wisconsin. Angela became an amputee at the age of 19 from an accident and has been an active peer mentor and advocate for amputees ever since, and is a certified peer visitor for the Amputee Coalition since 2016.
