Dr. Gerald N. Morigerato, PT, DPT graduated from the University of St. Augustine, St. Augustine campus with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2020, SUNY Genesee Community College with an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) in the Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2009, and SUNY University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology in 2001.
He is an active member in good standing with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the APTA Academies of Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Education, Home Health, and Federal section as well as the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT).
Gerry lives in Upstate NY with his family and is a licensed Physical Therapist in the states of New York and Vermont. He is the President of Steps 4 Love, Inc. a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals with limb loss and limb difference. He was a Health Professional Trainee (HPT) and worked in an intermittent capacity as a Physical Therapist for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Additionally, he serves as the APTA Geriatrics State Advocate for Vermont and is a Credentialed Balance & Falls Professional.
Professional areas of interest include Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, Balance & Fall Prevention, Concussion Management, Pilates, Blood Flow Restriction, and making a difference within the Limb Loss and Limb Difference community.
